TED Alert is a family run business based in Maidstone, Kent. It was set up with a mission to educate as many people within the UK regarding various systems within the lifeline industry and the benefits they all hold.As a company, TED Alert want to assist people in giving them peace of mind and allowing them to remain independent for longer. It is only generally in the event of an emergency that people realise the grandeur of not being able to contact any help, and unfortunately that is when we have a lot of people contact us after the event. As a company we strongly believe that prevention is a lot better than cure, and would much rather explain the benefits of a lifeline to people, allowing them to make an educated decision whether they would like to have one or not.Our research has helped us understand the true value of a personal approach, with good communication, a stress-free installation and finished with a great after care approach, we hope to have a fantastic relationship with all our customers.
