Experience

  1. Transformative Tennis Instructor Presenter

    Rancho La Puerta

    Jul 2016 — Present · Tecate, MX

I run the tennis program during family week at the legendary, original destination spa. I teach fundamentals, skills, footwork as well as integrate my love of teaching breath work, mindfulness and presence. The combination is a program I designed called transformative tennis. I especially focus on the teenagers and give perspective through tennis into their inner landscape. By encouraging a more healthy and kind \"self talk\", even when we don\'t make the shot we want, is an effort to bring more joy and lightheartedness to the pressure that teens put on themselves to succeed. Our response to missed opportunities or failures on the court can become a true training ground for more satisfaction and joy in Life.
