We provide support for 1k plus employees onsite and support Satellites off-sites Via Remote control in SCCM. Imaging Laptop and pc with new hire or rebuilds with sccm push or application install if the software was not packaged. location when required. The job requires a monthly one week on-call every 4 weeks for critical ER or ICU coverage during after hours 24/7 support after hours.
