In this role, I oversee chapter operations, manage executive leadership, and work to ensure our organization continues to evolve both socially and professionally.I am committed to strengthening our internal structure by improving financial accountability, increasing member engagement, and creating well-planned, high-quality events. Additionally, I prioritize building our external presence through campus involvement, community outreach, and strategic recruitment efforts.Through this experience, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while learning how to manage real-world challenges and drive results within a team environment.

ABOUT DANIEL DERONDE
Junior at Montclair State University majoring in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing. On campus I am extremely involved doing media coverage for multiple sports teams, and I am President for the Pi Kappa Alpha Lambda Gamma Chapter.I am a Dean’s List student with experience in photography, social media management, and content creation. I am Passionate about sports media/marketing and am eager to explore internships and job opportunities in these fields.
