During my penultimate year studying law as an undergraduate, I formed an educational recruitment company with the investment and guidance of ADM Computing along with my business partner, wife, and lifelong friend. I have now created, manage and develop a number of companies.Our recruitment company has hired thousands of teachers from the global west, to move to the global east to teach, learn and live. Purpleruler.com, where we work with schools across the country and the Department for Education to help students most in need achieve their potential. We build partnerships across elite universities like Oxford, Cambridge, and St. Andrews to train students to inspire and educate children across the country. As a family we have started Demarmels and Gallivan Properties Limited, a property investment company aimed at creating more high-quality places to live.
