About Daniel Dean
Daniel Dean is currently a Sr. Project Manager with Nationwide Contracting LLC. He is in expert in historic roofing systems including Historic Tile, Copper, Slate and Cedar Shake. He guides his clients through the restoration process, striving for excellence on each and every project. Daniel also has extensive knowledge in claims management as well as water mitigation. He owns and operates Commercial Claims Solutions, where he advises asset owners, contractors, and insurance professionals on best practices for disaster planning, damage assessment, project auditing, large-loss project management, and repair cost valuation. Daniel has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Oakland University, and often draws on his leadership and teaching experience to educate and guide clients through complex situations involving insurance coverage, disaster response, and property reconstruction. He is a self-proclaimed bilingual jobsite ambassador who often serves to clarify information between Spanish speaking crews and management.
