ABOUT DANIEL DE SANTIS

I am a guy who has started his path within the world of Human Resources and who, in addition to being sincerely passionate about it, is strongly motivated to grow within it. After graduating in “Work and Organizational Psychology”, I took my first steps in the HR field through an extracurricular internship in an Employment Agency, where I was able to actually put into practice notions so far (unfortunately) only studied in books. This experience allowed me to join the HR department of a big brand of retail as Primark and then a financial multinational as Axactor. During University I have always worked weekends as a waiter, so much so that I graduated with a thesis entitled \"The psychology of restaurant dynamics - Human resources as a source of added value\", focused on human resources within the restaurant business. I love football and the whole world around it. After playing football for 15 years as a goalkeeper, I dedicated myself to refereeing, an activity that I recommend to all those who want to grow in personality and character. I can therefore define myself as a genuine, resourceful and very willing person (but also stubborn and touchy) who likes to be committed on several fronts and face new challenges.
