I have built my career in the pharmaceutical industry leading teams and businesses with a focus on sustainable growth and meaningful impact. I am energised by complex challenges that call for balanced thinking, combining commercial performance, thoughtful leadership and care for my colleagues.Regional operations, transformation, and commercial delivery have been consistent themes in my career, underpinned by strong partnerships and strategic focus. I have developed deep industry knowledge, especially around pricing and reimbursement, as well as analytical and digital capability, including CRM systems. Driving change and working with teams across major EMEA markets to evolve how we reach customers has strengthened omnichannel capability, improved performance and increased engagement.I take pride in bringing focus and stability in fast-moving environments, helping teams stay motivated, connected to purpose, and focused on delivering value for patients, customers, and the organisation. A key part of my role is to set and clearly articulate a vision that aligns people and business goals. My leadership style is collaborative, calm, and considered. I believe in establishing clear expectations, listening first, and empowering others to succeed. The greatest satisfaction for me comes from helping others develop and seeing teams grow in confidence and capability, achieving outcomes that go beyond personal ambition.
