Before joining Constellation Real Estate Partners, I spent almost 10 years with KPMG in the assurance practice serving various real estate and private equity clients in both the public and private sectors. Clients served within the real estate industry include investment funds, REITs, construction companies, developers and operators. My experience includes financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, procedures in connection with an IPO, asset acquisitions and dispositions, budgeting and resource management, technical accounting research and consultation, coordination and supervision of accounting, valuation and information technology subject matter experts, talent recruitment and hiring, and the training and development of staff.
