ABOUT DANIEL CROWLEY

As a senior Finance student at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, I am fascinated by the wide range of factors that influence our capital markets. I am an extroverted leader with a passion for helping others. I thrive in competitive, dynamic work environments due to my relentless sense of curiosity.I am a sector lead analyst for the Industrials sector at Red Brick Capital, the Miami University Student Managed Investment Fund. In this role, I perform equity research and pitch long additions to the fund.In addition to my coursework, I led the Miami University Fencing Team as Coach and Captain of the travel Epee team. I also served as the VP of Finance for the Interfraternity Council where I advocated for the priorities of the Greek community through philanthropy and sound financial management.In 2019, I joined Team USA as a Modern Pentathlete. In 2020, I was named USA Pentathlon High School All-American. Over the past 5 years with Team USA, I have competed in Bulgaria, Egypt, and Poland.I further developed my leadership skills while interning under House Republican Leader, and former Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy. During my time on Capitol Hill, I researched policies and wrote policy letters to better understand and address the needs and concerns of the American people. I also had the opportunity to reconnect with my love for American history by leading class field trips around the Capitol complex, and exposing students to the tremendous global impact of American politics.This past summer I took my knowledge of financial legislation and regulation to Fidelity Investments where I acted as a Compliance intern in Westlake, TX.
