My focus is on ensuring advisers are not only technically competent and FCA-compliant but also empowered to deliver outstanding client outcomes aligned with our firm’s values and vision.What I do:Adviser Recruitment & Onboarding – Attracting and integrating high calibre advisers who share our culture of integrity and client first service.Training & Competence (T&C) Oversight – Designing, delivering, and embedding structured training and development programmes; coaching advisers from trainee level through to Competent Adviser Status.Supervision & Development – Conducting observations, one-to-one coaching, formal assessments, and file reviews to maintain quality standards and drive continuous professional growth.Compliance & Governance – Working closely with senior members of the team and external partners to ensure robust oversight in line with FCA requirements, Consumer Duty, and the firm’s T&C scheme.Performance Leadership – Monitoring KPIs and risk indicators to identify development needs, driving growth, adviser retention, and delivery of consistently positive client outcomes.Lead Generation & Growth Strategy – Supporting scalable, ethical lead generation initiatives to help advisers expand their client base sustainably, at pace. Key Achievements & Impact:Successfully guided multiple trainee advisers through qualification and into full advisory roles, ensuring they are equipped to add real value to clients and the business.Embedded a culture of learning, accountability, and ethical advice across the adviser community.Partnered with senior leadership to strengthen recruitment, development, and retention strategies, aligning adviser performance with long-term business growth.
