I lead a team of digital and system integrators to innovate for hybrid meeting and live webcasting technology solutions.We have developed a step change solution specifically to enable Councils and Boardrooms to implement the latest hybrid meetings systems with native integration with Microsoft Teams.Civico\'s single software system:Enables meeting attendees to participant and cast vote in all types of meetings convened from any location: Fully In-person, Fully Remote, or a Hybrid of both. Integrates with existing equipment: documents, microphones, cameras, displays, recording and webcasting.Includes all meeting management needs. Enables public’s right to access, attend and speak at meetings remotely. Provides detailed meeting reports. Meets UK Government specification for hybrid meetings and proxy voting. Is aimed at local Council\'s and Boardrooms. The solution enables everything and everyone involved in a Council meeting to seamlessly connect to form a single intelligent conference system: streamlining complexities, workflows and cost.With passion and fun, I now aim to harnesses my experience, lead the team and enable people to connect, local democratic engagement and active civic participation.
