Communicate and resolve all corporate action discrepancies with custodians. Establish procedures and policies to maintain compliance with SEC rules and regulations & Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Develop departmental procedures to reduce, identify and effectively resolve discrepancies. Serve as the Department resource for discrepancy inquiries.Follow up on issues related to the resolution process. Assist with ad hoc projects and/or client requests as needed. Previous responsibilities included: monthly and daily portfolio reconciliation, performance analysis, marketing material review, composite creation and maintenance, quarterly and intermittent management fee billing.
