Maintain lawns, grounds, landscaping and parking lots including snow removalOperate and perform scheduled maintenance properly on all equipment.Paint interior and exterior Assist the Property Manager or other staff members when requested.Perform work orders with same day (Customer comes first)Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor After-hours on call on a rotating basis.Diagnose problems and makes repairs in HVACRepair and maintain simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets and lighting fixturesRepair, install and maintain basic plumbing fixtures/faucets such as water heaters, lavatories, tub, toilets, dishwashers, and kitchen.Diagnose problems and makes repairs on appliances.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties require by Supervisor and Property Manager.Remove, install, and repair on hardwood floorDemo, repair, install drywallRemove, repair, install door lockRepair and install windowOperated pool add PH and Cl to ensure proper stable approval by city code clean around, debris free pool.(seasonal)Certifications and Experience: HVAC certificate EPA CFC certification CPO certification Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry
