Currently leading the analytics, reporting, and compliance teams of the Real Estate Department and supporting different strategic initiatives. We evaluate financial and non-financial data and devise metrics for several Dashboards within the department, tracking workplace utilization for over two-million square feet of space and reporting on hundreds Real Estate Projects. We constantly analyze performance metrics to recognize and rectify gaps in strategy. A few of my key contributions include: • Designed the data model do adopt and deploy IFRS16 • Successfully implemented the Bank\'s space management application with a tracking occupancy of employees in GTA. • Successfully developed a tool leveraging multiple data sources to accurately track office utilization for return to office (RTO) purposes • Developed a methodology to capture GHG related data where the appropriate utility consumption of the different locations is properly assigned to their corresponding periods of utilization. This enabled the Bank to effectively correct and improve upon hundreds of records and comply with audit findings. • Devised the metrics used to determine success for the Bank\'s initiative to move towards ABW (Activity Based Working)
