Currently I am involved in various sectors of the construction industry from inception through to completion. My strongest sector is Rail as I produce many tender programmes and update multiple rail projects. My main priority is to produce NEC compliant programmes which are both cost loaded and resource loaded to aid with the reporting of the project at set periods. The next stage involves creating Progress Report with S-Curve Reports and utilising Earned Value Analysis. I am also heavily involved with our clients and often produce Hour by Hour programmes coupled with QSRA for the disruptive possessions to be utilised. This is then presented to the client to aid in the confidence of hitting our aims and objectives for the disruptive possessions. I have also been fortunate in that work that I produced for a recent possession was circulated as a good example of QSRA. Another client of ours recently has also asked for a recent Hour by Hour programme that I have produced to be circulated to other contractors as an example of a good hour by hour programme that the client would find acceptable to allow for works to be conducted during disruptive possessions. Another important area of work is that i produce delay reports to highlight where delays have occurred which consist of what is the cause of the delay, whether the delay is a CE / VO which then highlight the overall time impact. By creating all this information helps for the contractor and the client to make better conclusions and to aid with the transition of handing a project back to the client.
