My practice is devoted to the litigation and trial of civil disputes. I concentrate in the defense of individuals and corporate entities in a variety of matters, including but not limited to: first and third party coverage disputes, premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, unfair and deceptive trade practices, subrogation, construction work site accidents and contract disputes. I handle all aspects of the trial and litigation process including claim investigation, issue identification, pretrial procedure, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appeal in the state and federal courts. I am admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts, and a trained mediator, having completed the required forty hours of mediation training pursuant to Mass. Gen. Laws. ch.233 § 23C.
