A real estate company which owns commercial and light industrial assets, specializing in leasing and property management. As Vice President, I develop land proposals and attractive leasing solutions for tenants, followed by property management responsibilities. I accomplish this by leveraging my engineering, finance and real estate backgrounds to lead the creation and analysis of dynamic financial models and development plans. As one example within our portfolio, I helped lead the development of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario’s (LCBO\'s) largest retail store site from 20••••12, adding to their portfolio of stores which generates over $6 billion in retail sales per year.
