In my new role I am responsible for managing and facilitating the delivery and implementation of high-quality training programs to ensure excellence in orientation and training for hyperbaric medicine curricula and regulatory standards. Other responsibilities include monitoring legislative, regulatory, and industry developments for emerging training needs while sourcing and coordinating field talent for clinical training support, developing and maintaining ongoing accredited continuing education, monitoring hyperbaric data trends, supporting HBO policy improvement, and working with field operations for educational/training needs as they arise. I’m also responsible for supporting our national precertification team in the jungle that is the United States health insurance industry.

ABOUT DANIEL CHRISTOPHER
Experienced RN/patient advocate, certified hyperbaric registered nurse clinician, healthcare process consultant, teacher, author, speaker, and project manager with extensive clinical and operational experience. Student of HBO2 medicine and never done learning. Also acts as a clinical & insurance policy analyst and is passionate about risk mitigation, process improvement, and knowledge management. Enthusiastic about safety and material analysis. Familiar with various software systems in the realm of online learning, shared online work environments, and clinical support. Self-taught in audio/video editing and building accredited educational content. Frequently employs overcommunication to maintain group strategic vision and end goal execution.
