In my new role I am responsible for managing and facilitating the delivery and implementation of high-quality training programs to ensure excellence in orientation and training for hyperbaric medicine curricula and regulatory standards. Other responsibilities include monitoring legislative, regulatory, and industry developments for emerging training needs while sourcing and coordinating field talent for clinical training support, developing and maintaining ongoing accredited continuing education, monitoring hyperbaric data trends, supporting HBO policy improvement, and working with field operations for educational/training needs as they arise. I’m also responsible for supporting our national precertification team in the jungle that is the United States health insurance industry.
