Working as a Project Manager for an award-winning building-interiors Strip-Out and Enabling Contractor, KpH Deconstruction Services Ltd (a subsidiary of KpH Group Ltd), having successfully progressed through the company from Site Manager to Project Manager also undertaking the position of Temporary Works Coordinator.Responsibilities include: the assessing and mitigating of risk; ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and CDM requirements; implementing the Quality Plan; monitoring quality performance; liaising effectively with Clients, Design Teams, Local/Statutory Authorities and the general public; and making sure projects are completed on time and to budget.
