Designed strategy to promote academic innovation and expand access to higher education through cross-institution collaboration. Coordinated the development of 50+ programs to integrate teaching, curriculum development, research, and civic engagement across institutions. Created program learning and evaluation initiatives. Negotiated institutional partnership agreements. Developed network policies, coordination mechanisms, and administrative infrastructure. GHEA offers 100+ regular courses to over students across the network each year.
