With more than 600 locations, Pet Supplies Plus is the largest independent pet retailer and leading franchise pet concept in the U.S. PSP provides its neighbors with the convenience, knowledge, and experience of a local neighborhood pet store with the scale, selection, and value of a national player. As CFO, lead more than 50 team members and perform the following: • Lead all finance, accounting, treasury, and tax functions of the company. • Lead the store development team which is responsible for the design, construction, and renovation of company and franchise stores. • Report and provide insight on company performance to the CEO and private equity ownership. • Partner with members of the Senior Leadership Team to develop corporate strategy, lead company initiatives, and support all management functions.
