As CFO, lead more than 50 team members and perform the following: • Lead all finance, accounting, treasury, and tax functions of the company. • Lead the store development team which is responsible for the design, construction, and renovation of company and franchise stores. • Report and provide insight on company performance to the CEO and private equity ownership. • Partner with members of the Senior Leadership Team to develop corporate strategy, lead company initiatives, and support all management functions.
