IS Enterprise Architecture Manager/Technical Project Manager for the EA Group within the Scripps’ IS department. As an IS Enterprise Architecture Manager, I lead a team of architects, engineers, and network technicians in support of critical infrastructure changes for Scripps’ Hospitals, Clinics, Data Centers, Corporate, and administrative facilities. I am responsible for ensuring the smooth transition and implementation of a major network infrastructure uplift happening over a 1-year period. Replacing all equipment at all 42 Scripps’ sites around San Diego County. Perform all stakeholder communications, making sure sites are fully engaged, understanding the scope and impact as well as change management. My role as an IS Enterprise Architecture Manager/Technical Project Manager is to scope project efforts. This includes establishing roadmaps, milestones, and project timelines. Additionally, planning duties include determining resource needs for cross-functional implementation efforts, assembling program plans, project schedules and driving projects to closure. In conjunction with EA Manager duties, I support the evaluation of vendor services, managing RFI and RFQ processes and the vendor selection process. Additional duties include working with current steady state operation managers. IS Enterprise Architecture, Network to ensure 2 operational teams come together and ensure uptime, availability, and scalability of the core networking infrastructure. Work cross-functionally with internal organizations, including Information Security, Application teams, and Cloud and Data Center Operations.
