   I have forty years of experience in design, engineering, procurement, construction, project management, and dispute resolution. I have supported numerous public and private entities in transportation and infrastructure, automotive and assembly, sports stadiums, community hospitals, commercial developments, and real estate acquisitions. I advise major institutions and leading companies on a broad range of issues, including strategy, advanced analytics, and finance-related programs. I bring engineering and construction leadership expertise from delivering military construction for key stakeholders across the Department of Defense, including contracting assignments with the United States Army Corps of Engineers. I also combine client consulting services to aerospace companies and defense agencies with substantial research and development efforts. My engineering and construction expertise have contributed to organizations such as the Associated General Contractors of America and the National Society of Professional Engineers. In these capacities, I improve both the quality and impact of leadership, building capabilities that drive transformational, visionary change. As an engineering and construction liaison, I specialize in taking on shareholder management roles to lead financially distressed or challenged projects through end-to-end transformation and restructuring. As a designer–builder, I work closely with financial institutions, private equity investors, and corporations. I have executed general contracting, design–build and construction management, and related forms of agreement on numerous projects. In these roles, I have managed on-time and on-budget delivery, with a primary focus on protecting shareholders’ equity and meeting major lenders’ expectations.
