My family and I formed 53 Degrees Property in November 2019 after I graduated from Exeter University with a first-class honours degree in economics and finance. We all share a passion for property and we thrive in looking to help provide Investors both nationally and internationally with strong and consistent returns through investing into property.We love to build individual relationships with our clients and understand exactly what they want to get from us a business.Three years in and we are a collective of highly motivated, experienced and passionate directors, with expertise drawn from all corners of the property world.Our company is named after the latitude of our first family home-based in the north-west of England in Cheshire.
