ABOUT DANIEL BRANDENSTEIN

I am a Real Estate Broker with the Canter Group and Compass Real Estate, LLC. I have been in the industry for over 25 years, working in Property Management, Commercial and Residential as well as managing projects and teams. I am a former US Marine and Department of Defense Contractor with a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Media, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution. I am also bilingual and fluent in Mandarin and also have light conversation skills in Tagalog and Swedish. My core competencies include contract management and negotiation, marketing solutions, project feasibility and analysis, and team leadership. I use these skills to help my clients and team achieve their goals, whether they are buying, selling, or investing in the real estate market. I also have an extensive expertise in conflict resolution, which helps me to handle complex and challenging negotiations between opposing parties and to handle situations with professionalism and diplomacy. My goal is to provide the best possible service via targeted marketing and interpersonal communication.
