I was born in Saint John New Brunswick with a family of 5 brothers and sisters. I am passionate when it comes to cooking, being a Chef for over 35 years, graduating from The Culinary Institute of America. I have cooked for many amazing people over the years including Norman Schwarzkopf, Prince Andrew, G7 Summit, Arthur Irving (Irving Oil), Andrew MaCain (MaCain Foods), Prince of Dubai and the list goes on. I love to travel and learn about culture and people and am one to take on any new challenges put my way with a never no can do attitude. I travelled the world to more than 37 countries as well being an avid Badminton player for Team Canada. I volunteer regularly and am passionate about social good and technology. I love building relationships with people and working with them to overcome challenges that they may face, with ideas and solutions that work for them enabling growth within their Business and solve the issues at hand. I am a very giving person and enjoy helping people when in need or I see the need. I like to treat people with respect.
