I lead Environmental Approvals for major infrastructure and energy projects across Canada, helping clients navigate complexity and move projects from concept to approval with clarity and confidence. As a Partner and Practice Lead for Environmental Approvals at Dillon, I oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering routing studies, Environmental Assessments, regulatory permitting, and Indigenous engagement programs for large-scale infrastructure initiatives. My focus is practical execution grounded in experience, aligning environmental strategy with business realities, regulatory risk, schedule pressure, and commercial performance. I am particularly energized by complex projects that require thoughtful decision-making, strong stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery. I work closely with Indigenous communities and project planners to ensure engagement is meaningful, collaborative, and integrated into project outcomes; not treated as a procedural step. Internally, I am committed to building high-performing teams, creating space for innovation, and strengthening how we deliver environmental services in a way that is scalable and grounded in real-world application.I believe environmental approvals should be rigorous but pragmatic, strategic rather than reactive, and structured in a way that enables responsible development. My experience allows me to bridge technical depth, leadership, and business strategy, helping both clients and teams succeed in complex, high-accountability environments.
