Managing a programme of bespoke communications for mid-value supporters including newsletters and direct solicitations across print and digital channels• Project management of fundraising appeals tailored to mid-value supporters. This includes copywriting compelling and impactful stories aligned to the case for support. I use data insights to inform testing strategies to achieve income, retention and reactivation KPIs.• Management and development of the mid-value product for donors giving between per annum. Ensuring that the programme is delivered within budget and that income and recruitment targets are met.• Developing donor journeys and stewardship plans for mid-value supporters so that they receive consistently high-quality touchpoints from the charity, as well as continued recognition for their generosity• Using the CRM to manage the mid-value portfolio, recording interactions with supporters• Working closely with colleagues in Supporter Services to quality assure revenue and income coding processes• Adhering to brand guidelines, editorial tone of voice guidance, GDPR and the Fundraising Code. Contributing to Legitimate Interest Assessments and creating data selection briefings for communications.• First point-of-contact for external agencies and suppliers, as well as working closely with key internal stakeholders• Maximising opportunities to intersect the mid-value programme with other income and activity streams from across the charity (e.g. legacy, membership, advocacy campaigning)
