To compliment our training expertise, we offer a range of Technical Inspection Services such as x-ray, visual inspection, and PCBA rework. Over the last couple of years, The Electronics Group has branched out to offer specialist electronics industry training services. With a strong history of recruitment in our team, our clients trust us to find the right candidates for their roles. As General Manager I have full responsibility for the operations of The Electronics Group (EGL), from staff wellbeing and recruitment, to finance and customer services, sales and procurement. I maintain a hands on approach in all areas of the business and liaise regularly with direct and non-direct reports, without micromanaging and ensuring all team members have autonomy in their positions. At the forefront of what me and my team does is our customers, learners and recruitment contacts. We ensure that everyone person we interact with regardless of which area of the business they speak with, receives the same respect, courtesy, honesty and service. Whether the customer is a multi-billion pound international corporation or a direct learner enhancing their skills, everyone matters.
