Experienced recruitment Associate Director with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Strong human resources professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Psychology from Northumbria University. The bulk of my recruitment experience has been in placing software engineers & data professionals starting with roles involving MS Business Intelligence moving more recently focusing on AI, Data Science & engineering, although along the way have been involved in a number of projects helping to scale up tech teams with roles in development, testing, product & data.
