Work to train new employees on workflows involving incident management. Monitor HL7 messages coming from EMR system. Assist quality team on harvesting CMS and Joint Commission reportable measures.• Serve as second level support to Cerner helpdesk. Assist clinical personnel in any day to day issues that arise as they are reported. • Integrate and support Keona (Nurse Triage) software. Work with nursing to enhance and resolve any necessary changes or issues that arise• Support regulatory reporting/Meaningful Use/MIPS core measure processes for hospital and outpatient locations.• Assist Oncology analyst in supporting Mosaiq EMR for cancer treatment patients. Work closely with Radiation Oncology in supporting any necessary upgrades to peripheral applications used for treatment planning and image transfers.
