My core responsibilities remain unchanged: I continue to identify, attract, and recruit top talent across all companies within the Buss Group — with a strong focus on the Buss Energy Group.Key Responsibilities: • Full-cycle inhouse recruitment across all Buss Group companies • Recruitment of both blue- and white-collar professionals • Active sourcing and direct headhunting of qualified candidates • Screening, evaluation, and management of incoming applications • Creation and optimization of job advertisements • Development and implementation of social media recruiting strategies • Conducting interviews (phone, in-person, and video) • Candidate selection in close cooperation with technical management • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process • Strategic development of the recruiting department • Leading salary negotiations within the agreed budget framework • Acting as an interface between HR, technical management, and marketing • Reporting directly to the Head of HR • Advising management on all recruitment-related topics • Coordinating onboarding processes for new employees
