Leading a team of engineers primarily delivering planned maintenance on HVAC systems. This is supported by our helpdesk team who I work closely with. Also involved in fault finding and breakdown work on systems. I also work with clients to build relationships and enable them to understand how to maximise their building systems. Within the role I have been able to gain a wealth of industry knowledge through the formal F-Gas qualification, manufacturer training and through senior engineers sharing experience. I also deal with preparing new installation quotes or making introductions to our other departments.
