ABOUT DANIEL BECKER
Team lead, strategist, creative director. I\'ve built an agency for strategic storytelling and design, that won many renowned awards (ADC Grand Prix, Gold, Silver, Grimme Online, Red Dot). I did this because I love understanding different things from various angles. I love working in teams, think quickly, observe sharply, give new perspectives and enjoy connecting the dots. Collectively making things take off is something I deeply enjoy. Today, I am confident to say that I have a holistic grasp of how to build brands, tell stories and make teams collaborate smoothly. On top of running teams for a long time, I am trained in systemic organization development. My design background, gives me a solid understanding of design, even though I might already be too senior to know what\'s hot and what\'s not, I do know what is good. I have built things with startups, SMBs, global players and non-profits - and worked for companies in multiple fields (tech, finance, consulting, education, culture, socially relevant endeavors, recruiting). I live in Berlin with my family.
