For the past thirty years, I have had the opportunity to assist thousands of clients all over Colorado with their home financing. As a mortgage broker, I SPECIALIZE in the \"TOUGH DEALS.\" I have experience with originating all types of residential financing - VA, FHA, Conventional, etc. However, my niche is working with buyers and existing homeowners who can\'t get financed anywhere else. I can write mortgages for people with bad credit, unique properties, title issues, self-employed borrowers who don\'t report a lot on their tax returns, people who owe the IRS back taxes, and the list goes on. I don\'t know how many times I have heard \"Thank you so much! We didn\'t think we could ever buy a house - everyone else told us NO!\"

For as little as $75 to $100 per month, you can guarantee that your spouse and children will receive to when you die. Many people are also unaware that you do not have to die to receive these funds. If you become incapacitated, paralyzed, terminally ill, or develop a debilitating disease, the life insurance company will pay out a large portion of your funds prior to your death in order to help with medical costs, income replacement, as well as other financial obligations while you are still living.
