   As a Lead Learning Program Manager at Ridgeline, I design and own learning experiences that help our implementation partners and CX employees get real, lasting value from our platform. I partner closely with Product, Customer Experience, and internal SMEs to translate complex, technical workflows into clear, engaging learning paths that people can actually use in the flow of work.My work spans the full instructional design lifecycle: needs analysis, curriculum architecture, content design and development, QA/UAT, delivery, and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
