Recruitment Manager - Think Money Ltd @Thinkmoney

thinkmoney is a fast growing financial services company based in Trafford Park, Manchester. It has a range of innovative products including the unique thinkmoney Personal Account. My role is to manage the Recruitment Requirements for Think Money Ltd. Engaging at all levels across the group, to ensure Recruitment needs are met from initial business requirement to hire, managing the end to end process.My Main Responsibilities:•Managing the full end to end Internal and External Recruitment Process across the business, focusing on Operational & Support functions. •Working in partnership with Directors/ hiring managers to understand their Recruitment Requirements and plan the most appropriate attraction strategy.•Managing multiple senior management diaries and booking in interviews daily.•Managing complex and challenging deliverables; reporting back to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.•Booking/attending weekly meetings with Stake Holders to discuss current recruitment progress across Group.•Managing agency relationships across the business areas I manage.•Managing the full end to end process for contractors joining Think Money Group.• Write and co-ordinate Assessment Days for Volume and Specialist positions across the business.•Interviewing and assessing internal and external Candidates. •Conducting Career chats with current employees.•Conducting Induction Days for new starters on a weekly/monthly basis.•Continuously Direct Sourcing to reduce Agency spend, looking at new ways to evolve the on boarding process for new talent, focusing on route to Market.
