ABOUT DANIEL BALL
A senior Python and DevOps engineer with extensive experience in developing and architecting software solutions for large organisations and government departments. I have recently worked on two projects that were implemented using Python and Google Cloud services. For these, I did requirements gathering, system architecture design and implementation. I also hold the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Developer certificate.Prior to working as a freelancer, I was a technical manager and team lead at Roke Manor Research. I also led lunch time educational sessions on various DevOps topics. My career in software stretches back to 2004 and encompasses almost all popular software platforms. As well as GCP, I also hold professional certifications in AWS, Terraform and a computer science degree from Exeter University.
