Oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process to ensure quality and manufacturing feasibility.4. Create and submit Level 1 -4 Product Part Approval Process (PPAPs) to automotive Tier-1 Customers.5. Design and submit all IMDS reports, perform CpK Dimensional Analysis, MSA, and Gage R&R studies.6. Supervise and provide technical support for all Layered Process Audits (LPAs) activities.7. Oversee all Laboratory Department functions and prepare samples for external laboratory analysis.8. Responsible for all 8D Corrective Actions and Return Material Authorizations.9. Administer all calibration activities and conduct risk assessments of processes and sub-processes.10. Direct all the internal QMS Audits, Manufacturing Audits, and Product audits per the QMS.11. Update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics and create monthly quality reports.12.
