I have extensive experience teaching and mentoring students across undergraduate, MBA, and executive audiences, and my research and teaching portfolios are designed to translate across institutional missions—from research-intensive universities to professionally oriented programs. My scholarship has appeared in more than 70 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management, among others. My work has been cited more than times to date, reflecting sustained influence across management, psychology, and operations research. In addition to journal publications, I have co-authored or edited 17 books that bridge rigorous scholarship and managerial practice, including Management (16th edition, Wiley), Transformative Selling: Becoming a Resource Manager and a Knowledge Broker (Wessex), Handbook of Behavioral Operations Management (Oxford University Press), 10 Don’ts on Your Digital Devices (Apress Springer), and Becoming More Than a Showroom (Palgrave).I serve in editorial leadership roles as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Organizational Behavior and as a member of the editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Business Logistics, and Frontiers in Psychology. I also mentor junior faculty as a Senior Faculty Mentor and contribute to curriculum development in organizational behavior and human resource management across undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs.Across my career, I have focused on building research, teaching, and service portfolios that are both rigorous and institutionally adaptable, with an emphasis on scholarly impact, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
