ABOUT DANIEL B.

My name is Daniel Beaulieu and I was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada. After growing up in the northern end of the province I moved to Regina to study Film and Video Production at the University of Regina. Throughout my studies, I focused my energies into the areas of digital animation, visual effects and post production. While obtaining my bachelor’s degree I worked as a freelance effects artist on independent projects around Regina as well as being employed at Talking Dog sound studio. After graduation I directed more of my attention to digital animation and modeling, completing short films while also supplying animations to clients. In January of 2013 I moved to Vancouver to obtain a formal education 3D character animation. Now I am graduated and ready get into the industry. My goals are to enhance my professional skills in a dynamic workplace, working for a company with strong employee values and great team solidarity. I am always looking for opportunities to continuously learn and grow, surrounding myself with others who are also passionately pursuing their professional interests. I am the type of person who takes direction well and learns quickly from mentors. A diligent and determined worker I always see efforts through until completion. I\'m also a cooperative and supportive team player who strives on team success over personal achievement. Outside of work I enjoy playing my bass guitar, going for bike rides, watching films and catching up with friends.
