Working closely with our Mortgage Brokers in respect of the \'Protection\' Handover element - After speaking with their Mortgage Broker, our Clients are passed over to myself to continue their journey. Albeit, a warmer journey to that of a \'cold call\', the Role still requires a great deal of knowledge, patience and skill to ensure the Clients\' needs are thoroughly met. As this is an \'Advised\' role and requires the appropriate Qualification to \'Advise\', the accuracy, knowledge and suitability is absolutely paramount to the success and to ensure continued Compliance obligations are met - Particularly given that every Client will have some form of a Mortgage to protect and in most cases, a partner and/or family alongside.Unlike previous Roles I have had within the industry, London & Country\'s expectations are to ensure complete thoroughness and quality is met, every time - Ensuring all details are captured to the Clients\' circumstances, their needs, potential future needs; and whilst using all the appropriate processes and tools to compare every product across the Insurers, to maximize the Clients\' claim potential in respect of obtaining the highest likelihood of a higher value and/or more successful claim, when completing our comparisons across the \'Whole of Market\' and whilst meeting the Clients\' budget - Building and discussing the \'need\' and educating our Clients is a huge part of the process as by having the wrong advice or unsuitable cover could be detrimental. The process is completed over several hours and calls due to the amount of work and \'Suitability Report/Recommendation\' required. Our Clients are left confident and encouraged to feel that they have the best product within the Market for their \'needs\'- Every fine detail is explained to ensure they know exactly what they have and why.*I recently won the Award for the \'Best Protection Broker\' at the National \'Mortgage Broker\' Awards in 2023 - Due to my quality, high conversion and high volume of Business.
