Working with Cash Access UK Ltd to deliver Banking hubs around the UK to plug the gap left by the exit of banks from the high street to solve this important social issue by providing communities with access to cash and banking services in a communal space. The programme is growing rapidly with a total of 90 hubs announced of which 5 hubs already delivered, a further 20 by the end of 2023 and 65in 2024 with more to come. As CAUK’s delivery Partner, JLL is providing an end to end service encompassing Agency, Building Consultancy, Design and refurbishment (Integral), Estate Management, Lease Administration, Client Accounting, Rating, Facilities Management (Integral) and Program Management (PDS) at JLL. My role on this programme is to coordinate all the JLL delivery service areas listed above as well as managing PMO activities including client reporting, financial reporting, forecasting and risk management to ensure client satisfaction and drive the programme forward.
