With our Sales and Marketing Departments I am continuing to guide the company toward growth and development across all of our business lines by overseeing all marketing activities as well as the activities of our sales teams and customer service teams. With our Human Resources Department I am focused on recruiting new, high potential talent in all areas of the company by creating a tie in with our marketing department to ensure our ad copy clear and concise and has strong reach, conversion and ROI. I am also focused on building the corporate culture and enhancing the experience of each one of our employees and improving engagement amongst our employees and with the community at large.
