Dan has worked on and managed over three thousand projects in his thirty years of years of business experience. These projects and properties have ranged from simple Phase I real estate transactions to complex portfolios of real estate developments located in nearly every state in the US. He is the founder of multiple environmental companies including ETS Environmental & Associates, LLC and ETS National, Inc.In 1989 Mr. Anderson founded ETS Environmental & Associates and most recently organized and launched his newest company (ETS National, Inc,). ETS National with offices located in South Carolina, Illinois, Colorado and California is comprised of a group of established companies and senior environmental professionals throughout the US that can now provide a complete array of environmental and real estate related due diligence services to its diverse client base.In addition, ETS National will be opening its third office in California in February to provide environmental and real estate related services and support for its clients on the West Coast.
