ABOUT DANIEL ALTHOFF

Digitization is changing the way companies work together. Since my engineering degree, I’ve been working on digital products that combine virtual and physical reality, making companies work together more closely and integrating all players along the supply chain. It’s especially important to me personally that small and medium-sized companies also benefit from the opportunities offered by digitization. As senior product manager at tracekey I’m responsible for the development, operation and evolution of corresponding platform solutions. Today, the main area of application is the protection of global pharmaceutical supply chains against counterfeiting. In my opinion it’s in the companies‘ very own interest to develop products that help their customers to achieve their goals. It’s not enough to solve the customers\' problems. It\'s about understanding interests and goals and incorporating them into product development. The implementation is perhaps the greatest strength of agile organizations and, at the same time, it is the hardest task. But: If it were easy, everyone would do it:)
