Lead supplier quality development team with more than 10 direct reports globally, leading and sponsoring lean (cost out projects), for top supplier Leading all SQD activities through all categories in the manufacturing of Blades, Nacelles, Towers and constructions projects for wind turbines. Development and implementation of a quality system applicable to BOP and turnkey construction projects in Mexico and Central America. Support regional purchasing strategy for all categories to ensure the standard (ISO AS800 and Human Rights) compliance across the supplier base. Track global supplier quality performance (CoPQ, TRIR, PPM, APQP, PPAP) Standard Compliance, Continues Improvement, etc.) and support company operational excellence. Work on global supplier base rationalization (keep or eliminate) decisions based on supplier capability/ risk assessment/ audit. Champion projects base on 6sigma Lean expert/ ISO lead auditor/ VDA6.3 auditor.
