Diagnosing Equipment Failure- Identify the equipment failure and gather relevant data- Analyze the data to determine potential causes of the failure- Documenting findings and observations for future reference.• Take immediate first-line corrective actions to restore the equipment.• Follow the manufacturer\'s instructions or maintenance procedures and test the equipment to ensure it is running properly after installation.• Provide direction for the day to day operations and monitoring of the electrical & mechanical components such as, Access Control, CCTV, Generator, Inverter, UPS and AVR etc• Reliability Improvement- Conduct a thorough analysis of the equipment failure to identify recurring issues- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce the likelihood of future failures- Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues- Continuously update and improve maintenance processes based on lessons learned.• Energy Savings and Cost Reduction- Conduct an energy audit to identify areas of improvement and potential energy-saving measures- Implement energy-efficient technologies and practices, such as LED lighting, and equipment optimization- Encourage and educate customers on energy-saving behaviors, such as turning off lights and equipment when not in use- Monitor energy consumption and analyze data to track progress and identify additional opportunities for cost reduction.
